When I called Ms. Kracheletz, I was faced with the question of whether I was running straight into burnout or whether I could make a comprehensive change that would give me back a zest for life, a sense of purpose in what I do and the necessary boundaries for myself. With the help of Ms. Kracheletz, I managed to make a positive change and would never have dared to dream that so much could change for the better so quickly. It was particularly important for me that Ms. Kracheletz works according to a holistic approach that includes all areas of life. From lesson one, I was given an important toolbox of methods that I filled from session to session in order to find my way back to a self-determined life. This is a process and I am learning day by day to follow my heart and gut more and apply what I have learned. I am incredibly grateful that Ms. Kracheletz has given me so much positivity, encouragement and belief in myself, and I hope that many more will be blessed by her and her expertise. It really is a blessing to work with her.
