I was on the verge of or already halfway to burnout when I heard about Marbod on a podcast. I had a similar background with him, so I knew "he understands me"... a short initial conversation and it was clear that I wanted to work on my issues with Marbod, that I had confidence in him. Taking stock, small ideas on how I can help myself in the short term so that my batteries are no longer running low, accompanied by meditation instructions. I was initially a "hard case" with the latter, but Marbod had the right instructions at hand, reacted quickly when something didn't work and changed things immediately. Now I can finally calm down and practise. The work on the beliefs had the greatest effect. Marbod was able to sensitively give me some AHA effects that are still working in me. Definitely and 100% a recommendation!!! THANK YOU for your work!!!

Marbod's concept of online counseling is easy to integrate into everyday life, as there are no large blocks of time to plan, including travel to and from appointments. I also find the appointments in my familiar surroundings at home very pleasant. This makes the inhibition threshold for working with Marbod as a coach very low for me.
In terms of content, the investment has paid off for me! As a young company founder, I was faced with a number of challenges, with "inner blockages" making my entrepreneurial path more difficult. Therefore, with Marbod I approached my goal "to walk my entrepreneurial path with ease and at the same time lead a happy private life with my family". In the weeks we worked together, I was able to gain very interesting insights about myself. We have gone deeper into the causes than I expected at the beginning.
I find Marbod's structured and constructive way of working and thinking particularly helpful on this path, which has helped me to get a good overview of the big picture.
