I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Müller in an insurance project. Mr. Mueller acted as Agile Coach and Scrummaster in this project - thanks to his very good Agile management and social skills.
I personally considered Mr. Mueller to be a very intelligent person who knows what he is doing and will be very happy to have Mr. Mueller back in a project.

Marco is a very competent Scrum Master.
Marco was the Scrum Master in the replacement project of WWK.
Marco has very great general knowledge and is very articulate. He incorporated both of these qualities very well into his role as Scrum Master.
Marco was an enrichment for the team and is a lot of fun to work with.

Marco Müller is an extremely competent trainer, both professionally and didactically. He responds individually to each participant and understands how to convey facts very clearly with practical examples.
He quickly adapts to new situations and offers a very well researched factual basis. At the same time, the program never seems preached or stiff.

Marco has supported us in the agile transformation of product development (IT/software). Unlike many agile consultants, he really knows his stuff and doesn't do the usual "mindset-and-methods" training. He knew what really matters when it comes to software quality or time-to-market, knows the software development craft, and can break down complex processes really clearly. He gave us time and helped us to perceive the problems and challenges in our organization very clearly ourselves and then to develop suitable solutions together. Marco also strongly supported the associated change process and was a trustworthy, honest and committed sparring partner for both the colleagues in development and the management.
