With his calm and very professional manner, Mr. Grimberg brokered our property in a very short time - at conditions that were well above our expectations. Mr. Grimberg was always a good contact person for questions and concerns, even in difficult situations. In Corona times where banks take a long time with the loan commitment, it was often not easy to keep patience. Personally, I would have found it better to meet the potential buyer in person before signing the contract.
