Body language is the key to efficiency in sales. Working with me, you will systematically learn how to use the customer's nonverbal signals for optimal effectiveness and efficiency. You will learn in three steps:
1. perceive and correctly... interpret micro-expressions, macro-expressions and complementary body language information.
2. to use the information from the non-verbal signals of your customer in the sales conversation in a target-oriented way and to ask the right, confidence-building questions in relation to the situation.
3. to use your own non-verbal effect according to the situation. Do you want to appear dominant or reliable? You will learn to align your appearance with your desired effect.
As a "side effect" you will notice that price negotiations are often only pro forma. Because the customer has already decided in your favor, even if he hasn't said so yet.

I took a seminar with Mr. Büsdorf, with which I was very satisfied, because it helped me to "get back" my conversation partners in time.
