My experience with the specific session with Mario was something completely different from what I am used to so far. I would definitely repeat it and recommend it to anyone who wishes to develop their everyday life at work.
I was prompted to think deeply ideas and thoughts that can help in everyday work load and communication with my colleagues such as:
-everybody lives in his/her own reality - exchange and synchronize realities.
-kill the monster when it's little
-crucial meaning of feedback giver/receiver/observer - positive spiral
-2 mindset of listening to each other-connect and reject
