My acne started when I was 13 and got worse every year. Especially as a young girl, you have no idea why exactly this is and what you can do about it in the long run.

So, like everyone else at the time, I bought some kind of skin cream from the drugstore, which promised me on the package that it was "anti-pimple" and that everything would disappear into thin air. Unfortunately, this is of course not the case and so I have always looked for other better products and spent a lot of money on them.

I have also changed my diet several times again and again but also only on general statements from the Internet what now promotes acne and what not.
Since all this was totally unspecific and not at all tailored to me, unfortunately nothing has helped me and my skin has remained the same with a few ups and downs.

I have always wanted someone who accompanies me individually on every level, can show me the right ways and solutions to suit my body and also answers all my previously unanswered questions.

I have been bothered by skin conditions like acne and psoriasis for years, but unfortunately I never knew the cause of the problems. I spent a lot of money on chemical peels and antibiotics, as well as other expensive skin care products, but it still always got worse or the improvement lasted only for a short time. Then I accidentally discovered Mariya on Instagram. At first I was a bit skeptical, but after we spoke for the first time and she explained her unique approach, which I hadn't seen anywhere before, I decided to go that route. Mariya takes a holistic approach to problems, unlike all the dermatologists and alternative practitioners, and you get long term results as a result. I also liked the flexibility. Originally I came to Mariya exclusively because of my acne. I had tried many different things over the years: Cosmetic products, where every time I thought THIS is the breakthrough, as well as various nutritional supplements or changing my diet, ... Frustrating visits to family doctors, dermatologists, gynecologists, who almost made me take medications with strong side effects or go back to the pill.

Since I stopped taking birth control pills 3/4 years ago, I have been struggling with skin problems (acne) and other symptoms.

1. nothing really bothered me during the time together, it was difficult to deal with one's own limits, but Mariya supports one very well, motivates and gives hope to continue.

I have tried various things since I was 12 years old and have visited various doctors and asked for help. But mostly the answers were the same: "You have a genetic acne, there is nothing you can do," although I could not even tell my story/symptoms. Expectations exceeded!

My experience with other coaches was ok. Mariya, however, has helped me achieve long-term success. I feel much fitter, can maintain my weight without complications and all because I wanted to improve my skin appearance with Mariya's support.
