Markus Götz

I had a post-traumatic event 4 years ago, which put a lot of psychological strain on me. Through a FB friend, I came across Markus Götz's online course "Finally Free" after I had already tried a few other things.
Even after the first trance I noticed a positive effect on my psyche, which quickly improved further. Today, almost 2 years later, I feel just as good mentally as I did before the event in question.
In any case, I am very grateful for this help and can only highly recommend it.

I consciously enjoy the online hypnosis sessions as an important time-out for me. I probably set my goals too high, but it will probably take longer with more life experience. I'm not giving up, bit by bit I'm making progress!

I have already done personal hypnosis sessions with another therapist, for this you need an appointment and have the driving, so I can arrange this myself if it suits. The individual hypnosis sessions are designed to be open in their application, depending on what you like

to let go of my legacy with the course.

I bought the "Finally Free" course last year. Compared to individual sessions with a hypnosis expert, the price is more than fair and I can listen to everything as it suits me. In my opinion, the hypnoses are very effective for transforming feelings and freeing yourself from old baggage! At the beginning, it didn't take 10 seconds before I was in tears and didn't even know why. ❤️ Then there were also trances where no tears came and I was able to relax well. It's different and good every time. I've learned to let feelings be there and to feel them instead of wanting them to go away. Sometimes it's very liberating to really surrender to your feelings and feel them. After that, I felt better and better and it felt easier. Consciously taking the time to feel is very easy to do with the course, as in everyday life there is not always the unrestricted opportunity to feel everything deeply and let it flow. I find the "Free at last" course a good investment in myself and a great help in stressful phases. Thank you for that! ❤️

I discovered the product "finally free" by chance 2(?) years ago and I would have been happy if I had discovered it years earlier. It would have saved me a lot of depression medication and therapeutic sessions. The consistent application of the individual LEVELS in the course was the only thing that got me out of the mess.
