Either they don't pay, the insurance agent only shows up every few years and then only wants your signature, or you're all alone in the middle of nowhere and can't see your way through all the contracts and documents.

I took out an occupational disability insurance policy with Marlene, Ingo and Ines. I found out about insurance with Marlene through Instagram. I already have experience with other insurance brokers regarding disability insurance, but no other broker agency I know takes as much time to answer the health questions and the anonymous risk inquiry as Versicherungen mit Marlene, great service! I became aware of Marlene's channel through Instagram. From the initial contact, the advice on disability insurance, the processing of my medical file and the conclusion of the contract, I felt professionally advised and in good hands by all members of the team. Although the entire process took a lot of time, I never felt rushed at any point.
I will definitely be using the services of Marlene and her team again when taking out further insurance policies or reviewing existing ones.

I contacted Marlene for advice and to take out disability insurance after becoming aware of her channel via Instagram.

I particularly liked the consultation:
- the joint, thorough processing of the health data
- the fact that you are taken by the hand to gather all the necessary information step by step
- the trusting and human atmosphere in the discussions
- that there was always time for questions until everything was really clear
- that appointments can be arranged online

I would have liked it even better if I had spoken to the same person more often (the different phases of the consultation were split between Marlene and her team) - but that's understandable when it comes to making appointments and availability etc.

Overall, I can highly recommend Marlene and her team and would take advantage of a consultation again at any time.

I felt well looked after throughout the BU process. All my questions were answered comprehensively and I now know that I am in a really good position compared to my old insurance cover. I particularly liked the uncomplicated appointments via video call, which I was able to integrate flexibly into my everyday life without losing a lot of extra time. I became aware of Marlene via Instagram and initially contacted her about switching my BU, as I still had an old combined contract that didn't include a DU clause. Both Marlene and Ines always answered my numerous questions in detail when preparing my health data for the anonymous preliminary risk inquiry and I felt very professionally advised and well looked after. In addition to the changeover of the BU, I also had my liability and household contents optimized by Marlene and now pay less compared to my old contracts, with better benefits. Many thanks to Marlene, Ines and Ingo for their advice and help in finding my way through the insurance jungle. They showed me cheaper alternatives for some insurance policies and explained everything I needed to know about disability insurance in detail. Thanks to their advice, I didn't have to fight my way through a lot of comparisons or small print myself and, after putting it off for a long time, I now finally have a simple and centralized overview of all my insurance policies.
