He was always available to me throughout the entire process and helped me gain many new perspectives. Thanks to him, I’ve been able to build more confidence and a stronger sense of self-worth. I’m glad I chose this path and that, thanks to Martin’s expertise, my bond with my child has grown. Thank you for this valuable and enriching support, which I will never forget. N. Heubach

Thank you for such a thoughtful and wonderful consultation. It changed my perspective and gave me a strategy that I was able to implement so easily and that really made a difference. A thousand thanks for that. And I’d do it all over again.

The counseling session with Martin Gleiß was pure support for me. His calm, structured, and empathetic manner gave me plenty of space to talk and reflect. His follow-up questions guided the conversation without ever making me feel like anything was being overlooked. On the contrary, I felt seen and valued in relation to myself and the challenge I was facing. Overall, I can 100% recommend his counseling services and would gladly seek his advice again and again myself.

I really liked it, and I understood it.

Martin explained the training session on "Closeness and Distance" very clearly, using practical examples!! Thank you so much for your effort!!🙏🙏

Very practical, open, warm, and helpful. A good balance of information and practical application.

Mr. Gleiß brings a high level of expertise and extensive professional experience to the table, which enabled him to draw practical connections during the training and provide illustrative examples. The exercises selected were also appropriate and helpful.

The session with Martin was very enriching. I felt comfortable and in good hands the entire time. During the inner child exercise, he guided me well, allowing me to let go. I would definitely seek Martin’s guidance again.

Whether it’s one-on-one coaching or in pairs, Martin is very empathetic, organized, and calm. With his caring guidance, he manages to provide a clear structure for the sessions without making you feel pressured or left out. At the same time, you always have enough time to share everything at your own pace. We felt very well taken care of by him, and we are very grateful for the sessions and the summary sent by email at the end. We can wholeheartedly recommend him. Thank you.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Martin Gleiß. He provides incredibly empathetic advice, with a lot of heart, in-depth knowledge, and tremendous commitment! Martin is very well prepared, and I was able to take away many valuable strategies for myself and my family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, dear Martin, for your wonderful support ❤️

I came to Martin because I wanted counseling on a family issue. As I have already dealt intensively with myself and my own history and know that certain issues from my childhood are still with me today, it was particularly important to me to receive sensitive and in-depth support.

From the very beginning, I felt very safe, cared for and, above all, understood by Martin. His calm, appreciative manner created a safe space in which I was able to open up. I was particularly impressed by how targeted and clear his questions were - I realized that he had dealt intensively with my concerns in advance and led me to the core of my issue in a very attentive and focused way.

I find Martin to be extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, profound and absolutely on an equal footing. His work is characterized by great appreciation, and the impulses that I was able to take with me after the first consultation were very enriching and lasting for me.

I am very grateful for his guidance and can wholeheartedly recommend Martin - especially for people who want to feel truly understood, who want to work through a deep personal or family issue and are looking for clear, coherent solutions for their personal development without losing sight of their connection to themselves and their own family.

Martin really helped us to find our way back to each other and set us on the right path. Nevertheless, we still have a long and rocky road ahead of us. The techniques and methods Martin taught us are helping us to master this path.

It was important to me that I had someone at my side as a coach who would also take unusual paths, who would think in the new era and therefore see a wide range of possibilities, but also look at the pain differently. Someone who also sees that in addition to an intact relationship, a bond-oriented relationship with my child is also important to me. Martin combines both of these things, which made our choice clear.
We are very grateful to Martin for allowing us to have him by our side. Because a few months ago I had already decided to leave this relationship. Now we are at the point where we can see how we can integrate all our wishes into this relationship if necessary.
Your understanding, calm and open manner was also very valuable to us. Even when things got difficult, Martin was able to carry us through this time with one-to-one conversations.
Thank you very much for your valuable work.

I had booked an initial consultation with Martin. Right from the start, he was completely present, held a safe space and was empathetic. His impulses reminded me of a completely different perspective that I had lost over time. The consultation was thoroughly enriching and I really enjoyed working with him. Afterwards, I received a written summary, including suggestions for the future. Great. Satisfied all round.

Martin was very empathetic during my consultation. With his help, I was able to change perspectives, empathize with my children and recognize the different options available to me. His calm and clear manner was very helpful.
I can absolutely recommend working with Martin.
