We have been looking for our property over a period of more than 3 years and were advised by Mr. Vaupel several times during this time. Here Mr. Vaupel showed again and again that he is not only concerned with the conclusion of the financing, but that he was and is a competent contact person in all matters.
From initial discussions about financing options and budget plan to the property appraisal and of course the entire process of financing, in which he is always at hand.

We would always recommend him again and have already done so.

I got to know Mr. Vaupel through a recommendation. I am still thrilled about the super fast and very competent advice and support. Our financing is already a while back. Since I had a query regarding our financing, I contacted Mr. Vaupel. He immediately knew who I was and what our financing looked like. Actually unbelievable. I had not expected that at all. We had a telephone conversation which, as always, cleared up all ambiguities in the shortest possible time. I have never experienced anything like that before. It's a pity that we don't have regular contact with each other. I can recommend Mr. Vaupel with a clear conscience!
