Martina is simply great as a coach. She is very empathetic and very flexible when it comes to changing topics in the appointments. Thanks to her many years of experience, she has a very well-stocked "toolbox". Her suggestions and proposals helped me a lot and were or are easy to integrate into my everyday life. I enjoyed the workshop "Wunderwerk DU" very much and was able to take away a lot for myself personally - both suggestions and food for thought as well as practical exercises that everyone can easily perform/use at home. Martina Link combines a wide variety of methods in her workshop, provides a lot of background knowledge and gives easy-to-understand instructions for various relaxation methods. I can absolutely recommend this workshop! However, I will also book a separate individual appointment with Ms. Link, as I would like to have even more individual advice personally tailored to me, which of course is not possible in a general workshop.

I participated online in the workshop "Wunderwerk Du!" via Zoom.
Martina used the technology optimally to convey very exciting and interesting content to us participants. At the same time, we did many practical exercises that I can now do on my own and that help me to find my center again in stressful situations and to go through life more mindfully.
Her instructions were understandable and simple. Thanks to her open-minded and friendly manner, the workshop was absolutely entertaining despite a lot of accumulated knowledge.
It was a lot of fun to be there and I can give a clear recommendation!

Martina Link helped me a lot when I was not well physically and mentally. Through her empathetic manner, her expertise in different areas and the techniques she uses, I was able to find myself again and overcome my burnout. I especially like the fact that she gives you tools for self-therapy, which you can then use at home. Help for self-help, so to speak - and no years of therapy dependency.
