TOP Service. Wurde sogar extra nochmal über die längere Lieferzeit informiert und mir wurde daraufhin freigestellt den Artikel zu stornieren oder nicht. Super Abwicklung und alles so wie ich es haben wollte. Anlage läuft top. Würde immer wieder dort bestellen!!!

In unserem Fall, dem Kauf der Balter EVO 7 Anlage gab es unerwartete Lieferprobleme seitens des Herstellers. Die schnelle telefonische Erreichbarkeit und das Bemühen von Herrn Klöpping den Kunden dennoch zufrieden zu stellen, ist für einen "reinen" Onlineshop außergewöhnlich.

Habe bei OnSec schon einige Sachen bestellt, vor kurzem erst eine Türsprechanlage der Firma Goliath. Bei der Einrichtung hatte ich etwas Probleme, aber der nette Support konnte mir schnell weiterhelfen. Also absolut empfehlenswert!
