We had an unknown pest problem in the nursery. We contacted McKill by phone and were immediately advised comprehensively and competently by Mr. Emad regarding the further steps for "diagnosis". The same day we sent photos by mail, which were discussed in detail, competently and friendly in another conversation on the phone. That's what I call service orientation! Fortunately, a visit of the exterminator on site was unnecessary (for the time being) - if this should ever become necessary, we now know which company we will contact immediately!
