It's great to have more flexibility in long-term planning without having to sacrifice salary. Often after some time in a hospital you've lost your smile, but then you hope to go somewhere else. Being a specialist with a heart is a challenge, after all, every patient is an individual person, etc. To name just one example, someone who administers medication but can't even explain breakfast because of the language... When old people are abandoned like that, my heart bleeds for the employee too, because he does his job as well as he can :)
