The company is a pure rip-off
The company is a pure rip-off. Goods are sent that were never ordered. The invoice says "ordered by mail". A naked lie. Goods returned but the money not received back. It gives the impression that the company is using the defencelessness of old people to rip them off. Several calls every month with the request to utilize the monthly financial framework. The fact that the GKV-Spitzenverband does nothing about it is ultimately our money.

Orders are placed with us as soon as they are placed by our customers or at regular intervals if an automatic delivery system has been agreed. This can be done in writing (by post and/or e-mail) or by telephone.

The fact that you have received a delivery that you did not order can only be due to a misunderstanding.

Goods that we have invoiced to you will be credited as soon as the return has arrived back to us and has been booked into the system.

I can't say often enough how bad my experience was here. Here you continue to write pointless invoices to a DEAD person, which would not have been justified even when they were alive. No goods delivered and invoices sent more than a month after death. Employees hang up on you, A doesn't know what B has promised. Simply awful. What's more, it's unspeakable to keep harassing the close relatives of a deceased person

The invoice that was incorrectly issued in February was cleared internally by our accounting department today.
The same applies to the two invoices from the beginning of January and the end of October.
This means that we no longer have any outstanding receivables.

I sent my order for incontinence material by email on 27.12.23. On 02.01.24 I receive an email from this company telling me how much I still have in stock and what my daily requirement is. If I still had stock, I would not order. Every month I received 12 packs of 10, which were just enough. They don't even respond to my emails asking how long I have to wait for my order. It's all just a stalling tactic. I have now sent a declaration of change to the health insurance company and expressed my displeasure at the unreliability of this provider to the health insurance company. I had to buy more incontinence material because of the unreliability and that's starting to cost me money. I'm angry, really angry. If I worked so unreliably, I would have been dismissed already.

Asking about the material still in stock and the current daily requirements is by no means a tactic to stall our customers. Rather, we use it to ensure that our customers are always supplied according to their needs; after all, demand can change at any time due to various factors.

Furthermore, it is not true that we do not answer e-mails. Our customer service staff do their best every day to satisfy all our customers. Nevertheless, especially in times of increased e-mail volume, such as before Christmas or between the years, there may be longer processing times.

For years, everything went well.......Meanwhile, I received this year 4, so far all deliveries unseriös packed goods....obwohl stehts on the delivery bill "from TL to pack" drauf steht. Only a shipping label on the TENA PANTS box on it and ready. Sorry, that can happen sometimes.....but not always. Especially not, if you EVER claimed to talk to the employees. The shipment goes to the company, and no one has to see what I receive. I do not know what else I can do, I already shortened an invoice-which was at least accepted. But there has been no improvement. My next step is to ask the health insurance company to give me another supplier. I think I have been your customer for the longest time, because after the confirmation that my objection from the last time was justified, I receive today again such a package! Medimarkt does not deliver at first, but then invoices, repeatedly sends reminders, threatens debt collection and does not respond appropriately to repeated contact attempts via email and telephone. In responses to inquiries, the specific letters are not addressed, but standard responses are repeatedly sent. Either the company is completely incompetent or there is deliberate intent.

Absolute disaster!
We are a customer since April 2023 and get every month a delivery with incontinence material, as well as the care products. If, yes if then everything would run reasonably. Not ONE month has passed since we have been a customer that I have not had to call because something was wrong. Incorrect orders were sent out, wrong goods, reminders for invoices that were demonstrably paid on time. Permanently I have to request return slips and the staff on the phone is not really friendly, because also annoyed. But the crowning glory today was that I received a package whose contents were for another customer and whose data were on a letter that was enclosed in the package. If this is how sensitive data is handled, then I don't know what we have data protection for at all. Again I had to call, again I have to wait for the goods we urgently need, again I have to somehow get the return to the post office. I am completely dissatisfied and would love to change providers. However, I can not, because I only get the brand I use for my daughter through this provider. So who does not necessarily need products of the brand TENA, I can only advise: FINGER AWAY FROM MEDIMARKT

from all employees in this call center and that were many within weeks, I was told that the predecessor had made a mistake. Mails have allegedly not arrived although I have received a confirmation of receipt for all of them !!!!! That is no business behavior : (

I am a new customer and have had the opportunity to gain experience in various areas.

First incontinence products. The delivery was fast with the samples
When ordering, I only learned that I would have to pay co-payment if I bill the product so about the prescription. So not the better products.

Then came the supply for my abdominal wall catheter.
I was offered to have everything such as dressing materials and bags delivered via Medi-Mart.

An odyssey began. The prescription for the dressing materials was not issued correctly, I was not informed and I waited and needed the material so urgently.
Only after my inquiries, I was informed
Now I sent the correct prescription first as mail to and at the same time with the post.
No answer to fast , promised processing as in the first phone call.

The end was, I was informed that this is not normally delivered via Medi-Markt. Bzw garnicht lieferbar would be and can send to me.

The prescription I had copied and I could redeem uncomplicated at my house pharmacy ! This could immediately deliver, was to order.
Now I am waiting for the original prescription , to submit to my pharmacy. Since I thank my pharmacy very much for the trust.

The urine bags are billed through Medi-Markt, as my kk here has the contract with them.

I was used to something completely different from other companies that supplied me with catheters once. Therefore also my criticism , which I have also exercised on the phone towards the incorrectly made information !

I ask myself, how should a patient who is already dependent on aids and is older cope alone?

I hope now that my deliveries are satisfactory in the future.
