Now I am waiting for the original prescription , to submit to my pharmacy. Since I thank my pharmacy very much for the trust.
The urine bags are billed through Medi-Markt, as my kk here has the contract with them.
I was used to something completely different from other companies that supplied me with catheters once. Therefore also my criticism , which I have also exercised on the phone towards the incorrectly made information !
I ask myself, how should a patient who is already dependent on aids and is older cope alone?
