One of the best decisions I made in my life was to choose Medicalfly!

I would like to thank Ms. Özge for taking an incredible interest in me since the application process. She explained everything patiently, clearly and sincerely. It really made me feel trust from the very beginning. 💫

When I arrived in Istanbul, I cannot thank Ms. Sevinç, a warm person with a pure heart, who took care of me like a family member! She made the process very special for me with her sincerity, smiling face and sincerity. It was a great chance to know him. ❤️

And of course Dr. Egemen Bey... He is really excellent at his job! If I had known that it would be such a relaxed, comfortable and professional process, I would never have postponed it so long. I never felt alone for a moment. Everything was perfectly organized. 👏

I had a breast augmentation with implants last week in Istanbul with Dr. Egemen. I had originally planned to have a lift with implants as I was very unhappy with my sagging breasts. However, Dr. Egemen advised me against a lift as he was of the opinion that I could achieve my goals without a lift, i.e. only with the insertion of implants. This speaks very highly of the doctor, as it shows that the focus is not on money, but on the patient. I am very grateful to him for his recommendation. From picking me up at the airport to the operation, everything worked perfectly. I had no pain at all and was able to walk and move around after 2 days. I am more than satisfied so far. I will probably not see the final result for at least 3 months, as the implants are still swollen at the moment. However, I am very confident. Many thanks to the whole team!

I had my breast augmentation done by Prof. Dr. Onur Egemen in Istanbul using the Preserve method and I am completely happy with the result. The operation went smoothly and the team was incredibly friendly and professional. The result already looks very good after about 1 1/2 weeks, the healing is pleasant and goes quite quickly - I was able to do everything again the very next day. I felt very well looked after at all times and always had a direct contact person and the aftercare is also great. I would absolutely recommend it again and again and especially with this method! Thanks to the whole team at medicalfly!

I am very satisfied from the first day to the end I had a 360 degree tummy tuck + upper arm lift done I always had the consultants no matter what time they were always there for me all German speaking all very nice the doctor Onur Egemen did a great job I will have surgery again next year it was all planned top the consultants Sevinc a sweet mouse like a mom was always at my side on site then the özge who advised me all the way to turkey the hotel organized the estimate very quickly according to my needs simply a professional team you really don't need to be afraid that something will go wrong here i am just mega happy that i found you keep it up so many many thanks your Derya see you soon

The consultation beforehand was very intensive. All my questions were answered. I left without any worries.
The start on site was chaotic, the hospital didn't know anything about me when I was there at night to have my blood taken. However, the situation was quickly resolved.
I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Egemen's results.
I would absolutely recommend him. He has made me a very happy woman.
Sevinc, my local caregiver, was always by my side and there for me. The hospital and the staff were excellent. Someone always came immediately when I needed something. I stayed at Acibadem International in Istanbul. The hotel was also very good.
My operation was on 14.7.25 and went smoothly. I was able to reduce the pain medication from day 3 onwards.
I cannot confirm the negative reviews on Trustpilot and would like to thank everyone who was responsible for me here from the bottom of my heart. My only criticism was that there wasn't a single German TV channel in the hospital, perhaps something could be changed here to make it easier to keep to bed rest 😀

Evaluation for my surgery on 02.07.2025 in Istanbul Cerrahi

I had my operation on July 2, 2025 and we arrived in Istanbul on July 1. I was completely satisfied right from the start. The lovely Sevinc was by our side throughout our stay - she accompanied us, supported us and made sure that we never felt alone. Even when we had a small problem at the airport on our return journey to Germany, Sevinc and Dr. Ozan resolved the situation in an uncomplicated and professional manner within five minutes.

A big thank you goes to Dr. Ozan, a really great doctor. He is very friendly, takes his time and carried out my operation with the utmost professionalism - I felt completely safe and in good hands with him.

The whole team at the Istanbul Cerrahi Clinic - especially the nurses - were also fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, caring and looked after me really well. I am very grateful to them all for their loving care and support during my stay.

I would highly recommend this clinic and the whole team! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I am very happy with the clinic. You feel that you are in good hands at the clinic.
Communication with the doctor through the nutritionist also works really well.
It's a bit of a shame that there is no post-op WhatsApp group (gastric sleeve).
All in all, I am very satisfied and would have surgery at this clinic again.

Ich wurde auf Medicalfly durch eine Freundin aufmerksam. Ich war rundum zufrieden. Von der Erstberatung über die Organisation bis hin zu Op. Alle sind sehr nett und aufmerksam und was das Beste ist, jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen.
Ich musste mich um nichts kümmern. Alles wurde komplett organisiert.
Im Krankenhaus wurde ich von der lieben und herzlichen Sevicé betreut, aufgeklärt und übersetzt. Sie war in dieser Zeit eine große Stütze für mich.
Der Arzt, der mich operiert hat, Dr. Ozan Sen ist ein hervorragender Professor auf dem Gebiet der Magenverkleinerungen. Er war jeden Tag da und ist sogar in der Nacht gekommen, um nach mir zu schauen.
Ich danke dem ganzen Medicalfly Team und bin froh, so liebe Menschen kennengelernt zu haben ❤️

From the first contact/consultation with Bahar to Sevinç on site, who talked everything through with me a few days before departure, a flight had to be rebooked due to a strike, everything was answered no matter what time. I received a great welcome on site, Sevinç took care of everything on site and even saved me costs at the hospital and was always there with love and care. The consultation and everything with Prof. Dr. Onur Egemen was very good, the doctor exudes calm and is very pleasant and professional, I also had a lot to do with the lovely Sultan, who lovingly took care of everything else such as changing dressings, answering questions and looking after me as a person. If I were to decide to have cosmetic surgery again, it would definitely be with this group.

However, I would recommend one thing to you, as it is not usual in Germany, for example, for someone to come with you to an operation, that you insist that another person MUST come with you for double operations, I was lucky that I had family on site to support me, I wouldn't have been able to do that alone in the hotel after the operation.

Ich wurde von der lieben Frau Sevinc hervorragend betreut. Sie war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend , der Fahrer von Medicalfly ebenso. Besonders geschätzt habe ich die durchgehende Erreichbarkeit – sowohl vor als auch nach meiner Nasen-OP stand das Team rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung.
