Hello dear Medicalfly team,
I decided to have a tummy tuck with you. From the 1st contact with Bahar in Germany to Instanbul with my companion Digdem, everything was super organized. I have had 24/7 contact with Digdem. She always kept me informed and was there for me before the surgery and she waited for me until I was awake. I took my husband with me but Digdem still waited for me and that put me at ease. She took away my fears and through her experience with patients, gave me courage that I can do this. Even though I am German/Turkish, she answered the questions I couldn't answer right away. She can speak great Turkish/German.

Apart from Digdem, Professor Dr. Egemen is mega professional and I like my result already very much and after the healing it will look even better. In October, even the doctor comes to Germany and you have continuous contact with the doctor and the team Medicalfly.

If I have the opportunity to have another operation, then definitely Medicalfly with Dr. Egemen, his nurses who also visit you in the hotel to see what is right and definitely Digdem.

This will be a somewhat long acknowledgement, because I have had only positive experiences throughout and therefore do not want to leave anyone out. Already on the same day I was contacted after my request and explained in detail about the procedure. After my decision (360 degree lift with arm lift) everything was then set in motion by my very obliging and friendly contact person Özben (thank you also for the lovely message after my surgery!). I am so happy that I chose this company. You feel like you have friends and family around you. The subsequent contact persons were also accordingly all so friendly, courteous and competent. I always felt in good hands, always received satisfactory answers to my questions quickly and was closely accompanied at every stage. I would therefore also like to thank Betül, who gave me additional tips on suitable clothing after the operation (very helpful!) and Didem, my contact person on site, who looked after me with such love and concern and whom I would also like to have as a contact person for my next operation. Last but not least, I would like to thank the caring and attentive nurses Sultan and Gülhan who do their job with dedication and care and my surgeon Prof. Dr. Onur Egemen who achieved true miracles. Such a great result I would not have even thought possible. After losing almost 60 kg of weight with the result of extreme excess skin all over my body, I had honestly had little hope of getting even a rudimentary body shape again. A surgeon who simply loves his work and works in such a highly concentrated and focused manner that he immediately gives you the feeling of being in the best of hands and then he delivers exactly this result. I am therefore already looking forward to my follow-up operation! Many, many thanks to the entire team!

I (an active healthcare professional for 33 years!) would like to give a very honest review for my "journey" with medicalfly so far....
From day one, with the decision to have an abdominoplasty performed, until now third post-op day, I have not regretted for a second having this procedure organized through medicalfly.
Unfortunately, in the recent past I have experienced a very unprofessional negative experience in the field of cosmetic surgery, which is not comparable in a fraction with my current organization, as well as OP.
However, since I was allowed to get to know two sides of this implementation, I can only recommend medicalfly to everyone!!!
Professional organization and the performance of the operations with experienced doctors, who are at the cutting edge of surgical techniques, have convinced me completely.
I was able to meet the surgeon in May in Berlin and was very quickly convinced of his professionalism, Prof. Dr. Onur Egemen.
The team of medicalfly, the dear Özben, who accompanied me since my decision in May, as well as my companion here on site the dear Didem(7Tage/24Std. attainable), the assistant of the Proffessor the dear Sultan as well as the health personnel of the hospital, completely particularly to emphasize the nurses Tuğçe and Ayfer, a 11 of 10, which concerns service and execution of professional care.
Oh yes and the result of the surgery so far can be seen😅😉.

I was very satisfied with all the staff - they welcomed me very well and took away my fear.
The nurses were there immediately when you rang the bell and had a concern or a question.

She was my contact person directly on site and also visited me every day to see what was going on and if you had something, she immediately ran to the nurses and initiated it.

I had my nose surgery last week through MedicalFly and am very satisfied. i would recommend it. On site, the Sevinc Perla was at my side as a contact person and was available around the clock with information and help for me.

I had a tube stomach surgery a few days ago, until the day of the appointment I had a very good help from Germany. Every question was explained to me very thoroughly and well.
