Unfortunately, I recently had the experience of paying higher contributions than other customers for several years. Because of an additional contribution charge, I had asked for a consultation. It turned out that my weekly contribution for several years (information of the employee) was about 3 € higher than the currently valid contribution (without discounts !) for new customers. According to the employee, the booked services were the same. As a customer, I expect that not only the (new premium increases) but also premium reductions are passed on to customers. This made me angry. No one approached me again to clarify this. And this despite the fact that my daughter has become a member in the meantime and my husband is also considering membership and has already sought advice.
