A big thank you to Heinz, your incredible profound knowledge transported with ease and the positive attitude to life, which is so contagious. I hope that many more people participate in your courses, may experience this and like me, can grow with it.

The basics of foot reflexology were excellently and interestingly taught by Heinz. Thanks to his experience, he was able to teach us a lot of knowledge - practical as well as theory - in a very short time. I will definitely book the next course.

The instructor was very emphatic and I had the feeling that he wanted to share all his knowledge (regarding the course) with us. Both the explanations of the anatomy as well as the "taking your time" while practicing, so that each participant really internalized almost every one of the many techniques, I found very pleasant. Pointing out little things and not thinking: "well I have now shown, my job is done here", I found a very nice way to convey knowledge.

I can only recommend this great seminar on foot reflexology massage. In a short time you learn the grip techniques and can apply them directly. It was my first seminar at Medios and I am very enthusiastic. Anastasios shows a high competence as a masseur and as a course instructor. It has managed to convey this very complex Lomi Lomi massage in the 2 days technically and methodically coherent. And in addition, he has also opened us basic concepts to the cultural background. And I think that is very important for Lomi Lomi, because without this background, you can not understand the massage. Lomi Lomi is only partly technique. It is at least as much also spirit and feeling. And I had the impression with Anastasios that he has a real love for this subject. That came across. Thank you! The seminar was a great enrichment. I have already attended many seminars, but I have never been taught something new in such a great way. Martin knows how to convey everything with competence and humor so that you can implement a lot directly after the seminar without having to study the script again.
I will certainly do the next seminar there again.
