Unfortunately, I have only sweat lodge experiences with Ulf, but they were very very good. I have already attended seminars with Ulf and he is a very good teacher. Currently I am participating in a training and coaching program in new Nordic shamanism with runes. For me the optimal mixture to get to know rune magic intensively, to understand and implement the methods, with the personality development, to work out my issues and deal with them, so that in the future I will be freer and freer from blokades etc. and can lead a happy life.
