The first thing you usually think of at a broker's appointment: unfriendly offices, smug men in ill-fitting suits, and even as you leave the room the first doubts arise as to whether what you have just signed here is really what you want or need.
In the end, however, the only thing that an appointment with the blacksmith has in common with the scenario above is that you meet for it.
The atmosphere was from the beginning deeply relaxed and very cordial, more like a meeting among friends. One immediately felt taken seriously and at ease as a person, not just as a profitable customer. We did not leave the appointment with any doubts, but with the certainty of being in good hands, who think first of the client's well-being and not only of profit, as is far too common nowadays.
Would we recommend the blacksmith to others?
No we WOULD not...
we HAVE already recommended the Schmiederin ten times in the last few years
and I can't remember a single negative feedback.
