I have already done a lot of training courses and I think I can say that this course is highly recommended for all those interested in the health sector and others, thank you for this valuable course
I enjoyed the training very much, it was very entertaining due to its organization, which I found very pleasant, I gained many new insights that I can make good use of for myself personally.

I did my mental coaching with Serena. Serena answers all of the participants' questions in detail with her warm manner and professional expertise. Over a total of 4 days, she gave us an understanding of the background to mental training and gave us plenty of opportunities and techniques on how we can best work on ourselves and our potential future clients.
Everything was very coherent. Both the moderation and presentation as well as the discussions and exercises in small groups. There were also plenty of breaks so that participants could continue the course afterwards feeling refreshed. Many thanks for all the inspiration

Mrs. Serena Livia has designed the seminar super, for every question she has taken the time to answer them...she conveys a calm and pleasant atmosphere ...as well as the theory - was also very much practice in the group work through...I personally felt very well taken care of...gladly again...and maybe see you again soon....
I really enjoyed the training to become a mental coach. I was given some good techniques. However, these still need to be practiced extensively in order to really feel confident as a mental coach. Serena was flexible and open to all questions and requests and guided us through the training in a structured way. Thank you for the informative 4 days that have helped me personally.
A great, entertaining course. The practical and theoretical parts are very well balanced. Serena leads the course competently and empathetically and leaves no participant question unanswered. I look forward to further events.
