I found the hypnosis pleasant and was able to get involved in the situation very quickly.
My blockages were released through the depth of the hypnosis.

The very familiar atmosphere right from the start, although we had never met before, the empathetic and personal care and the respectful treatment of my concerns, Petra Dieme took me and my needs seriously and talked to me in great detail before the first hypnosis, without time pressure and in a pleasant, cozy environment. Almost like at home.
This gave me the opportunity to explain my situation and my wishes clearly and in detail. To get to know you.
I gained confidence very quickly. So it was no problem to put myself in her care for the hypnosis. She always listened to me and my wishes, explained everything to me well and guided me gently and professionally through the hypnosis regression. This experience with Petra has helped me move forward in my life. I would go to her again at any time, also because she was always there for me and my questions after the hypnosis. She is very empathetic and yet a strong character who guided me perfectly through this experience.
Unfortunately, I can only award five stars in all categories because the whole package was perfect for me.

I can only recommend it to others! Mrs. Dieme worked very professionally, carefully and trustworthy. I am very happy to be treated by her, because she ensures holistic (mental and physical) health.

I went to see Petra about my fear of flying. At the beginning we had a long chat to find out where the fear of flying came from. The hypnosis was very good and relaxing. A week later I had a long flight to Thailand. When the plane took off I was totally relaxed, I even slept for seven hours. I arrived in beautiful Thailand feeling relaxed. Thank you so much Petra! I can only recommend hypnosis to everyone, every trip and vacation starts great and ends relaxed.

Thanks to Petra, I have finally taken my steps in the right direction and my attitude towards myself has changed positively. Looking back, not only the hypnosis, but also the honest conversation with Petra has allowed me to shed my blockages more and more and to dare to do things that were only a distant dream before.

Since I have tried many things to get my tension headaches under control (autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation, shock wave therapy, physiotherapy, equipment training, electricity applications, cold chamber, heat applications, acupressure, crunch splint, depth psychology, rehab, etc.) I then became aware of Petra and her hypnosis. Since I had already tried a lot of things, as a rather skeptical person, I wanted to give it a chance. Petra took a lot of time for me during the initial consultation, as none of my doctors together had taken that long. Her empathetic manner also took away my fear/nervousness before the first hypnosis and I was able to fully engage with the hypnosis. I would never have thought what an influence the subconscious has on us. I can only partially remember the hypnosis itself, but Petra makes a note of things and then discusses them afterwards. As there are different forms of hypnosis, e.g. on the subject of self-esteem, fears, etc., Petra can use her competent knowledge to respond specifically to me. After the hypnosis, my tension headaches, which are triggered by anxiety and lead to tension in my back, were more relaxed than ever before. I have been to her 3 times for hypnosis and since then I feel much better. It is still a process to get rid of my tension headaches completely, in which I have to change life situations, but the hypnosis and the coaching from Petra have given me a different perspective and the courage to change this. Thank you very much dear Petra.

I went to Petra for a hypnosis session. Petra's hypnosis was really valuable and worked extremely well. Petra has an incredibly great way of putting you into hypnosis. She really has a talent for this. We also had a very nice initial consultation beforehand, during which I felt very understood. Even after the appointment and the hypnosis, Petra gave me some valuable input. For example, an audio that I can listen to regularly to shift my mindset.

I have already taken part in several hypnosis sessions with Petra Dieme. I have had both individual and group sessions. Petra has a very empathetic manner and knows how to work on the issues very gently. After a thorough preliminary discussion about wishes and goals to be worked on through hypnosis, the hypnosis sessions were not only a very relaxing experience but I also soon noticed positive changes in myself. The possibility of repeating the hypnosis sessions as often as you like using audio files has increased the effect on me. In the meantime, I quickly get into a very relaxed state which helps me to cope better with my everyday life.
