Our trip to Lake Maggiore was perfect from start to finish after 5 days. It left us satisfied, with wonderful experiences, new impressions and lasting memories. However, this was only possible thanks to the once again perfect service provided by your employee "Adnan" , whom we would like to take this opportunity to thank once again. He knew how to convey the travel experience to our guests with his (wonderfully comfortable) bus, how to steer the vehicle with skill through even the narrowest passages, how to take traffic jams in his stride and how to plan ahead so that our appointments could be kept on time without getting into a stressful and hectic situation. A pleasant atmosphere made the trip so enjoyable. Adnan also made us feel that he enjoys his work, likes people and that their satisfaction is important to him with cool drinks, good advice and continued friendliness. Thank you for looking after us so attentively. The overall organization of your company in cooperation with the office staff, driver and the tour guide was also perfect. We were accompanied by "Karin" on site. She gave us amazing, excellent, interesting information, even in the heat, tirelessly, friendly and caring. We looked forward to seeing her every day. The sociability of the group was not neglected, she recommended the best places for the short breaks, which we all took together and not individually. The trip to Lage Maggiore was wonderful. The programme was varied and well organized. Our coach driver Adnan was great. He got us everywhere safely and well and provided a good service. Karin, our local tour guide, was great. Her knowledge and warm manner were very, very pleasant. A wonderful trip that we can only recommend. Thank you! :-)

Good and reliable organization. Varied program design. Unfortunately, the hotel in Rambouillet did not quite meet the usual Merz standards. On the other hand, it was only an alternative accommodation. The breakfast on the first day was a tasty and nice surprise. All in all, a nice trip.
