She listened very carefully to the participants and went into the understanding exchange afterwards. She also took time for professional questions between the attendance days. I participated in the advanced training on " Working with the Inner Team in Counseling and Therapy" with Michaela Jerusalem at the end of August 2022. I found this online training excellent. Ms. Jerusalem led through the training day in a very structured way, guided the group work and conveyed the contents in a very understandable way. In addition, she gave individual support where it was appropriate in the group work. I learned a lot from the training and was able to greatly expand my knowledge.

The basic seminar "Client-Centered Conversation" with Ms. Jerusalem offers a great opportunity to dive into the basics of conversation according to Rogers.
Theoretical and practical content alternate harmoniously, creating a dynamic in which it never becomes monotonous or tough.
And yet, it delves very deeply into Roger's world, the three basic variables of his method and their implementation in therapeutic counseling.

What I particularly enjoyed was the self-awareness we gained about ourselves through different tasks.
Ms. Jerusalem was always available to help with blockages, questions or ambiguities, and it was noticeable that she cared deeply about the progress of each individual in the group. She had a knack for seeing everyone with their individual potential and supporting them in activating it, or at least giving initial impulses in a self-actualizing direction.
In addition, she always managed to build and maintain a conducive connection within the group, as well as between the group and her, based on instructive exchange.

The training "Client Centered Dialogue according to Rogers" has enriched me not only professionally, but also personally, for which I am very grateful to Mrs. Jerusalem.
