Milz & Comp. is a consulting and training company based in Cologne. The company is managed by sales expert Markus Milz. The clear consulting and implementation focus is on the topics of strategy - sales - distribution. We support our... clients both in strategic (e.g. by means of consulting projects, management workshops) and operational (e.g. by means of training & qualification of employees) challenges. Our clients come from Germany and neighboring European countries and are predominantly medium-sized companies.
Consulting fields
Within our core competence sales we support projects from strategy development to optimization of processes and structures. A clear unique selling point are the joint projects, in which several companies work out solutions together (in a network). One successful example of such a network is the "Marketing & Sales" exchange of experience, in which sales managers from participating companies regularly discuss ideas and approaches for a successful market presence.
Further training
In addition to conceptual cooperation in the consulting area, we actively support our customers in implementation. Our experience: Strategies, processes and structures are easy to change compared to people and their behavior. That is why we offer our customers over 60 training modules on the "topic of sales". Whether sales strategy, pre-sales/marketing, new customer acquisition, or customer relationship management.

Markus Milz is an approachable person, authentically, competent and respectful in our dealings. He does not give the impression of wanting to sell something directly, but offers help for self-help. And of courcse, if you need more, he offers it and gets paid for it, logically. His approach to exchanging experiences is open, honest and very helpflul.

Very entertaining with lots of interaction and encouraging rhetoric to actively participate and give constructive feedback. Frequent memorable repetitions of the "red thread", and the top methods - in the evening, in the morning and in between - very good and helpful to remember
The content was conveyed with great commitment and makes you want to put it into practice. An all-round successful seminar, in some places only four stars because I can't yet judge how I will be able to apply it. I don't know the price of the event, so I can't judge it.

"Defines and pursues clear goals and requirements" is difficult to evaluate.
It depends on who has defined goals and requirements in order to give an assessment.
Predefined goals may have been achieved that do not correspond to all participants.
Price/performance
was rated as very good on my part, but is yet to be determined, especially as the actual costs are unknown - therefore the basis for an evaluation is missing and should not be part of a survey of the participants.
I absolutely recommend the sales strategy training with Markus Milz! The combination of expertise and professional moderation, taking into account our company and industry-specific requirements, as well as the all-round carefree package on site made these 2 days a professional and personal enrichment for me. I have rarely left a coaching session so motivated. Thank you for that!
What was I particularly satisfied with? --The lecturer was charismatic, informative and tried very hard.
