Milz & Comp. is a consulting and training company based in Cologne. The company is managed by sales expert Markus Milz. The clear consulting and implementation focus is on the topics of strategy - sales - distribution. We support our... clients both in strategic (e.g. by means of consulting projects, management workshops) and operational (e.g. by means of training & qualification of employees) challenges. Our clients come from Germany and neighboring European countries and are predominantly medium-sized companies.
Consulting fields
Within our core competence sales we support projects from strategy development to optimization of processes and structures. A clear unique selling point are the joint projects, in which several companies work out solutions together (in a network). One successful example of such a network is the "Marketing & Sales" exchange of experience, in which sales managers from participating companies regularly discuss ideas and approaches for a successful market presence.
Further training
In addition to conceptual cooperation in the consulting area, we actively support our customers in implementation. Our experience: Strategies, processes and structures are easy to change compared to people and their behavior. That is why we offer our customers over 60 training modules on the "topic of sales". Whether sales strategy, pre-sales/marketing, new customer acquisition, or customer relationship management.

What I found very good was that the participants were able to actively contribute their tasks and experiences in the form of a role play and reflect on them together afterwards.
What would be better if such role plays would take place in the afternoon to avoid a certain reception fatigue in the afternoon.
I found the down-to-earth manner very refreshing. Unfortunately, however, I personally missed the reference to our product. For me, the presentation was more in the B2B segment. Nevertheless, the style was very good.
This was not my first sales training, but it was the best. Entertaining and always in dialogue with the participants. My personal conclusion: 6 out of 5 stars.
Changes, constant further development and picking up on trends are an important factor in order to be able to constantly stay on the ball as a company. Mr. Markus Milz and his team convinced us with their expertise, training skills and many years of experience to find and develop the right building blocks for our company.

1) Equipment: Very small tables despite spacious premises.
2) At least graphics could be distributed as working and note documents (it does not have to be a folder (if necessary, of course, electronically).
Markus Milz has been giving online seminars on our portal for almost 2 years now and he has been one of the co-leading trainers in these 2 years, both from the participant ratings and in our own opinion.
Always perfectly prepared, with deep background knowledge and thus smart answers when participants ask questions and with evidence and reputable sources for his theses.
