The webinar was very good and provided excellent basic knowledge for the idea and planning start of a MFH. The seminar showed great expertise in the field of redite optimization.

Will there be a seminar on the construction cost monitoring tool as addressed? Will this tool be shared as promised?

Project-related understandable and didactically well prepared material. I found the recommendation of using a corporation problematic only because of the optically low corporate tax rates. The use of a corporation has a plethora of hidden price tags, the sum of which can quickly overcompensate for the taxes saved from low corporate tax rates. Here, I would have liked to see a very clear reference to the need for conceptual tax guidance; it was apparent from the community comments that this topic was predominantly not on the radar screen.

Very good webinar. Not only in terms of content, but also from the organization with the moderator everything had worked out perfectly. I have no points of criticism.

Great seminar, was very helpful. In the course of the year, I will inherit a building plot (605 m²) which will be developed in 2022. Start of construction 2023. up to 8 residential units in 3 full floors allowed. Believe one of the next seminars in 2022 could be helpful.

You have imparted a lot of general knowledge in the "short" time. To be able to make the decision for yourself whether the apartment house construction can be a realistic goal, this webinar should be sufficient in any case. For more in-depth knowledge, offer your personal coaching, as this specific knowledge cannot possibly be conveyed in a webinar. From my point of view, this is a coherent concept, which I will possibly also fall back on again, as far as this offer is then still available.
For me, the biggest hurdle at the moment is to find affordable building land in Hamburg's "Speckgürtel" (Stormarn, Herzogtum Lauenburg) in order to be able to realize an apartment house BV in a size that does not overburden one financially. But there is evenly for my part still much diligence work necessary.
At this point I would like to thank you again for sharing your time and knowledge so willingly. You give a very competent and above all an absolutely trustworthy impression in your webinar. One of the best webinars this year. Even though I was already familiar with much of it, the good summary of all facets was still a benefit for me and probably most of the participants.
I found the personal tips and tricks, tips on pitfalls and concrete figures and calculation ratios particularly good and helpful. You can really do something with that.
Unfortunately, the transmission quality was often "spotty", so that I had to dial in several times. But that was probably due to my network.

I wish the questions and topics were more specific - However, I can understand wanting you to answer the questions in general so that the topics are understandable to all. Overall it was a good info. event. Thank you

Unfortunately, I could not catch the first hour of the seminar, because I still have work / appointment on Fridays at 15:00 normal. I would have liked that there are appointments also between 18:00 and 20:00.

Nice well structured presentation. The topics were well explained and can be worked off super itself. For me, more about the financing would have been interesting. But that is complaining at a high level. Otherwise everything top ... keep it up.
