Many thanks to Dr. Eubisch, who advised us very well and with commitment on the sale of our somewhat different, not high-priced commercial property. We were thrilled by the great exposé. I was not only convinced by the concept of Möllerherm Immobilien, but in my opinion even more importantly by Mrs. Schultz as our real estate agent. Mrs. Schultz is one of the best real estate agents I have ever dealt with. She has a very good feel for the market, has an excellent understanding of both buyer and seller sides, advocates and is always available, always updates on status and does an excellent job of evaluating potential buyers. Although we do not have to pay for this excellent service from Mrs. Nienaß, we are very grateful for the consistently outstanding, moreover very dedicated personal care. the comprehensive answering of our many questions, have helped us during the sale of our
vacation apartment very helpful. Her time commitment, even on weekends, is remarkable. With
your competence we have always felt very safe. On this occasion, we say again

The price/performance ratio (1 star), expressly does not diminish the performance of Mrs. Schultz.

The commissions, which are called here, are to be criticized elsewhere.
For example, in Norway, only a total of 2% may be required.
