Monika has created a wonderful program that strikes a great balance between sharing knowledge, entertainment, hands-on practice through recipes, and short exercise sessions. She answers all questions and has helpful WhatsApp groups. Her attention to detail, her passion, and above all her wonderful optimism and dedication to women’s health (weight, menopause, and exercise) shine through in everything she does.
Thanks to her motivation, I was able to optimize my diet and integrate short exercise sessions into my daily routine. More energy, greater enjoyment of movement, improved flexibility, and the discovery of new recipes are my personal results from this program. I highly recommend it.
