My expectations of the strategy coaching were completely fulfilled. Mr. Klashinrichs understood how to visualize four different opinions with suitable means from the big picture to the specifics and how to work out or bundle the core issues in such a way that in the end a goal-oriented result was achieved with which all participants agree. The workshop at More Results for my private and corporate annual goal planning 2023 on the weekend from 03.02.2023 to 05.02.2023 has given me valuable orientation for the current year. Under the professional guidance of Mr. Rolf Klashinrichs, I was not only able to fix my private and professional goals precisely, but also to make the individual steps to the respective goals clear.
In addition, Mr. Rolf Klashinrichs provided each participant not only with tips, but also with valuable assistance in a personal exchange of ideas.
The investment in this annual goal planning will be worthwhile for me privately and professionally in so far as I can now concentrate on the essential goals.

I attended an annual goal planning seminar at More Results last week. The amazing thing about Rolf Klashinrichs is that he manages to build a relationship with each participant without a lot of hoopla, shows valuable methods for everyone to find their goals from within themselves and gives instructions on how everyone can also achieve these goals step by step. Excellent and definitely recommended!

The annual goal setting plan helped us a lot to find a clear definition of our goals and then to pursue them. Privately and also in business. This is the second time we have participated and we will do so again next year. Rolf is very empathetic and guides the participants to their personal goals as a sparring partner if desired. We can highly recommend it!

I have been regularly attending More Results' annual goal planning for several years and can only recommend every manager to attend such a seminar and define annual goals. I achieve my goals because I take the time to work out my goals at this seminar and actively continue to work on them after the seminar. I especially like the atmosphere during the seminar. Mr. Klashinrichs responds to the wishes of the seminar participants. Everyone has the opportunity to discuss their personal situation and goal planning with Rolf Klashinrichs one-on-one and receives important and good tips for implementation. I will be back at the next Mat!

I attended the goals workshop and was thrilled all around. My expectations were exceeded. On the one hand, this was due to the well-structured implementation and great impulses from Rolf and the other course participants, with whom one could have great conversations.
The detailed planning of the goals give me a good feeling that I will achieve them. I will be back next year :-)
