From the very first touchpoint and during the whole delivery we have enjoyed the partnership, the impactful feedback and the quality of diagnostics plus recommendations. We used Profile Dynamics and Assess First for diverse target groups. With the results we have been capable of retaining people and initiating business coaching. Ich hatte die Gelegenheit, an mehreren Workshops von Morgan Philips Talent Consulting teilzunehmen – und war durchweg beeindruckt von der hohen Qualität, der klar strukturierten Durchführung und dem professionellen Ablauf. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die konsequente Ausrichtung auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmenden: Persönliche Fragestellungen und Anliegen wurden jederzeit ernst genommen und aktiv in die Workshop-Inhalte integriert.

Die Workshops überzeugten zudem durch eine sehr gelungene Mischung aus Diskussionen, Einzelarbeit und Gruppenarbeit, wodurch ein abwechslungsreiches und zugleich tiefgehendes Lernerlebnis ermöglicht wurde. Die vermittelten Inhalte waren nicht nur theoretisch fundiert, sondern vor allem auch praxisnah und sofort anwendbar – sowohl in meinem beruflichen Alltag als auch in privaten Kontexten.

Insgesamt ein sehr wertvoller Beitrag zu meiner persönlichen und beruflichen Weiterentwicklung. Ich kann die Workshops von Morgan Philips Talent Consulting uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Morgan Philips, speziell Talent Consulting, hat uns positiv überrascht. Die Analyse von Herrn Witz war sehr treffend. Die Wunde wurde aufgetan. Die Themen sachlich und realistisch übertragen in ein Konzept. Die Preise waren moderat. Das Projekt war ein kleines Trainingsprojekt, um 10 Anführer zu besseren Kommunikatoren zu machen. Das Instrument TetraTool war sehr korrekt - alle haben sich wiedergefunden und reflektieren sich stärker. Die Workshops - on- und offline waren 100% verlässlich. 2/3 der Teilnehmer würden vorbehaltlos wieder zum Training erscheinen. Jeder Dritte ist ins Coaching, was von den Coaches gut gestaltet wurde. Wir haben einen guten Effekt verzeichnet. Danke an das team von Gaetan
