Short and sweet: More than I expected.

I chose to work with Moritz Becker because there is not only a focus on new customers, marketing, etc. (of course, this takes place more out of sufficient), but also a lot of focus on how I can produce films so that they turn new customers into regular customers. Sounds unusual at first, but it actually works.

No comparison to all the unserious coaches out there!!! Moritz really has a clue, takes much more time for you personally than paid/thought, his methods and approaches fit me as a filmmaker and just work. Guys, get a coach/mentor/business consultant/strategist/agency (whatever you want to call it for yourself), but make sure it's the right one. There have been so many positive reports here and I can only agree with them in good conscience. Nowadays it is easy to become successful by buying knowledge and support. Trying everything yourself, wasting years and making all the mistakes yourself is absolute nonsense. Moritz and his team don't give you the feeling (like all other coaches) that you are a complete moron who hasn't achieved anything yet. Moritz appreciates you and your skills and supports you 24/7. Where creativity alone is no longer enough, Moritz comes into play and makes film productions really successful. Better clients, more clients, regular clients, higher fees, more time, less rejected offers, better films, help with shooting, editing, delivery, etc. The list is long, but just convince yourself 😄

Moritz trained my creative and sales team over several months and worked with us to build, establish and scale a new film production unit in the agency. An absolute professional, without whom we would either have no ongoing film production at all in the agency or would have burned a lot of money through bad processes, dissatisfied customers, too few orders, etc.

What has been learned can already be implemented in a very short time. Thanks to the new strategy, in my first negotiation I immediately achieved a 3-fold higher fee with 40% less work.

The mentoring of Moritz is much more extensive than I first thought. Starting with sales training on a psychological level, a complete step by step plan on how to produce my films better, pricing strategies, offer set ups etc etc. Looking back I can say that I can rely 100% on what Moritz told me and I now have skills with which I feel more confident with my film production than ever before. Clear 5/5 star rating and if I had more stars available I would gladly give them to Moritz's mentoring. I have had a film production company for over 5 years now and just realized last year that I was tired of wondering every month where my clients were going to come from this time. Neither financially I could plan, nor were vacations with my family possible in terms of time, as I could have always missed the "next random job" that would have been simply necessary for rent, technology etc.... I am now for a few months with Moritz in the care and I realize more and more that many consultants teach the same content that they have read somewhere or have bought through a coaching "erkauft". The BIG, significant difference with Moritz is that he has really experienced what he teaches and accordingly the contents are unique (And the success speaks for him..). And that is also the big advantage why people who work with Moritz achieve success that they simply cannot achieve elsewhere. The content in terms of how to produce films to produce measurable results and also the learnings from all the collaborations with major clients have such incredible value that I would be willing to pay double or triple the price for mentoring for that alone. Many who come from the typical "Baulig/Kreuter etc. Ecke" learn and tell the same stuff, which in the end only leads to a sluggish crowd of money-grubbing half-witted people. If you are a filmmaker/photographer/agency and want to learn the methods that actually work in practice (Since they come from practice and not from some online course), you should go to Moritz as soon as possible....

Facts don't lie and I am (unfortunately) the biggest skeptic ever 😁 Moritz is the #1 in coaching for filmmakers. There is actually no mentor/consultant for film productions in the DACH area who has such great clients himself as a filmmaker and I honestly prefer to get advice from someone who has already achieved a bit more. Eyes open when choosing a mentor, it can cost money or, as in my case, be the best decision I could make!!!!

Appropriate to Christmas today: Many thanks to Moritz for the endless support this year 🙏🏻 Without his mentoring I wouldn't be with my film production at the point where I am now (ongoing projects, on average 70% higher fees, no more annoying clients etc etc).

In hindsight, so incredibly useful NOT to make all the mistakes myself, but to buy proven, fast and successful "forward". Even if I had to learn this first, but successful people act exactly like that, because the life time is simply limited

No wonder Moritz has so many positive reviews here. I too can't help but give 5 out of 5 stars. I've been self-employed in film production for just under 5 years now and have thought on and off about getting a coach/mentor, as I find the principle useful and wanted to get ahead. After a bit of research, it quickly became clear that in the market for creatives/filmmakers, there are either primarily coaches who are out for assembly line/mass processing and/or those who themselves have little or no real experience in the film market. When I heard about Moritz Becker's mentoring through recommendations and read up on it, it was immediately clear to me that Moritz was the coach who seemed the most suitable for me based on experience/client size and who was also super approachable and sympathetic and genuinely interested in the success of his clients. I didn't hesitate for long and decided before the sales meeting that no matter what amount I was quoted, I would become a customer here. And I can really tell you from deep conviction that this was my best decision!!! Moritz has 1. the experience from both business topics and film topics and 2. he can combine both extremely well, so I don't feel like I ended up here with some 0815 business coach who wants to tell me how to become successful as a filmmaker without having the knowledge from my industry. Very satisfied, because thanks to Moritz I now earn my money with film production as my main job and no longer have to rely on other jobs 🙋🏻♂️

I'm a cinematographer and editor, and so far I've really only gotten my assignments through agencies.... That's quite nice, but doesn't lead to a regular, expectable income and certainly not to any control over the amount of the budgets. I then became aware of Moritz online, was quite quickly convinced of his performance and expertise/experience and decided to work together with great hope.... We took a close look at everything once and changed my approach to additionally address direct customers. And what can I say? I now even work permanently with direct clients for whom I offer an entire film production and through this 1) can decide my budgets myself and 2) earn DEUTELY more (for the same working hours). Absolutely recommend to all filmmakers, cinematographers, video editors etc etc. The input and methods Moritz taught me are actually worth their weight in gold!
