Paid 900.000 IDR and got served raw eggs, no water, and a guide who couldn’t speak a word of proper English.
They had no plan. We waited around forever, no one knew what was going on, and nothing was organized.
Water was PROMISED – we got a dance show instead. Seriously??
This was beyond unprofessional. Total rip-off.

This “tour” was an absolute disgrace. Avoid it like the plague.

We booked what was advertised as a Jeep sunrise volcano adventure with rafting and a coffee plantation visit. What we got felt like a scam or a bad joke.

No Jeeps showed up. We were thrown into the same random car that picked us up from the hotel and dropped at a dull parking lot. The so-called guide arrived 30 minutes late. Because of that we missed the sunrise completely which was the main reason we booked the tour.

The breakfast was beyond pathetic. A few cold slices of white bread stuffed into a plastic bag. No toast, no spreads, no drinks, no effort. And for seven people the guide brought half a bottle of water. Yes, half a bottle for all of us.

This was false advertising at its worst. Unprofessional, unprepared, and frankly dangerous. You are throwing away your time and money if you book with this company.

Absolutely do not trust them. You will walk away angry, frustrated, and cheated.

Oh wow – what an amazing tour…
If you enjoy raw eggs for breakfast, no water, and a guide who speaks less English than Google Translate in 2006, this is for you!
They lied about everything – the food, the guide, the experience. And when we complained?
Just smiles and shrugs.
Complete joke of a company.
Don’t fall for it. There are so many better options in Bali.

Worst experience ever!
We were promised a “delicious breakfast” – ended up with dry toast and RAW eggs. No butter, no fruit, not even water. Unbelievable.
The “guide” couldn’t speak proper English and had no clue what was going on.
We tried talking to the agency owner and got completely ignored – just excuses and zero help.
Avoid this scam at all costs. Nothing was as described. Total disappointment.
Save your money and book with someone else!

WARNING: Do NOT book anything with this tour provider – this was hands down one of the worst and most dishonest experiences we’ve ever had in Bali.

It gets worse:
The guide they sent could barely speak any English. We were told that the tour would be in English – but we couldn’t understand a single instruction. Communication was a nightmare. When we tried to get help or clarification, the agency owner acted completely clueless and dismissive, as if he had no responsibility for what was happening. We were met with arrogance, ignorance, and zero willingness to make things right.

We paid for a premium experience – what we got was a chaotic mess run by people who clearly have no idea what they’re doing and no respect for their customers. The tour was poorly organized, absolutely nothing matched the description, and when we raised serious complaints, we were ignored, laughed at, or straight-up gaslit.

There was no water provided, no clear itinerary, no care, and no quality. Just empty promises and a blatant cash grab.

To anyone reading this: avoid this scam at all costs. There are hundreds of honest, professional tour providers in Bali – this is NOT one of them. Don’t waste your time, your money, or your energy. You’ll only end up disappointed, frustrated, and ripped off.
