We received our first windows from Müller and Co. in 1984. We are very satisfied with this company and have since had more windows installed. The service and customer service are excellent and the quality of the windows is excellent. We had a very large window and door on the patio replaced in February of this year. The employees worked very quickly and, above all, very cleanly.

Overall, we are satisfied with the processing of the order, but the waiting time was really long because there were already several weeks in advance until the appointment for the measurement took place and then the waiting time until production and installation was added.
After installation, we noticed that inside the joint in the corner was covered only laterally and above with a plastic strip. There was none at the bottom. There, the silicone joint felt cool and there would have been a 3mm gap to the finishing strip of the flooring. So I reworked the joint there with acyl and adjusted piece of molding from the hardware store and glued it with acrylic. Thus, the joint is also airtight and the gap to the baseboard very small.

However, this was already justified in advance with order with delivery times.

A sizing error was noticed by the installers and corrected immediately. The error was quickly corrected and the window replaced. I find the good sound insulation particularly pleasant, it is much quieter with closed genster than before. I will gladly recommend you.

Our renovation project has been broken down to shell level and so the "installation team" had to struggle with superfluous corners and jags, as well as, unfortunately, a dimension that did not fit, despite my attempt to get the best possible preparation from the shell builder.
The installation team put up a good fight, but above all very willingly with a nice dose of humor. All imponderables were cleared out of the way and I was given many valuable tips for the follow-up renovation of the exterior facade. The windows look beautiful and very high quality, can be opened and tilted perfectly, the sliding doors run almost by themselves, silently and above all totally easily. All in all, we are totally satisfied and can highly recommend Müller & Co!
