In November 2021 I sold my 3-room condominium with garden in Munich-Laim.
On the recommendation of my master craftsman, I contacted the real estate broker, Mr. Uwe Bialas, in Munich.
Mr. Bialas put me in touch with a number of prospective buyers and, thanks to his many years of professional experience, he has an enormous amount of specialist knowledge and expertise. His calm manner of responding to the questions and wishes of the prospective buyers certainly also contributed to the success.
The handling of the sale to the new apartment owner, as well as all formalities with the notary, property management, etc. were completed to my great satisfaction.
Since I was able to sell my apartment after a short time for a good price, I can highly recommend Mr. Bialas as a real estate agent.

We came across our dream property in the portfolio of Mr. Bialas somewhat by chance in conversation, as there was no exposé at all for the property at that time, but only a handful of well-shot cell phone photos. Mr. Bialas had an excellent very trusting access to the owner, allowed us a very relaxed detailed viewing appointment, on the basis of which we quickly decided. Commitments were kept at all times, Mr. Bialas was very reliable in taking care of the process and handling of the purchase contract or even viewing appointments with appraisers of the financing bank. Mr. Bialas offers a very pleasant all-round service, competent, reliable, without exaggerations, overcharges, or bidding competition, which then also brought the purchase safely to the notary. Anytime again!

Mr. Bialas provided me with great service and a very very good result from the first contact to the complete handling of the sale of my condominium in Munich-Neuhausen. I would work with Mr. Bialas again anytime, as he is both competent, goal-oriented and fast, as well as very pleasant to talk to and easy to reach.
