Many thanks to Mrs. Binzenbach, who enabled us to visit the bungalow 146B in Wuppertal, for which we have already decided. In addition to very valuable real impressions, we received extremely valuable information, which was presented to us competently and in detail. Quite apart from the very sympathetic meeting, this was therefore a day full of positive events for us. Thus, full of impressions and very satisfied, we drove back north, where we plan to build in the near future.

We were particularly satisfied with the absolutely competent and friendly advice provided by the employee Ms. Binzenbach, who was also patiently available at all times to answer any questions that arose. Also with the subsequent meeting in Marlow by the architect Mr. Schallwig and the support of the very dynamic and competent construction manager Mr. Götze can be described as exemplary.
Only the very long waiting period from the discussion with the architect to the completion of the building application - advised were 2 to 3 weeks, according to inquiry it becomes 9 weeks - surprises us very much, since the firm policy specifies the payment only after completion of the building and this is strongly delayed (which cannot be probably in the sense of the firm policy).
Otherwise, we are very satisfied with Scanhaus so far.

I was advised in a very personal conversation aüßerst competently and in detail, although I explained right at the beginning that it is only a feasibility check and a purchase is not in the short term. Everything was explained to me in detail, special requests were addressed and possible alternatives were shown.
I found the entire conversation very pleasant and at no time was pressure exerted (according to the motto: This is only valid today).
All in all I got a good impression of ScanHaus, which together with the good placement in prefabricated house tests makes a cooperation very likely.

Mrs. Binzenbach took a lot of time, considered individual wishes in the planning and deviations from standard dimensions directly in the offer. Particularly noteworthy is the fast response time, responsiveness to queries and the detailed advice and expertise.
Unfortunately, our project failed because of the price for a central ventilation system that we requested.
Unfortunately, Ms. Binzenbach was not able to influence this price, as it was set by the head office in Marlow. A great pity!
