We had commissioned Mr. Vural with a purchase consultation for a condominium in Essen. The appointment was very spontaneous and also the contact was very uncomplicated. The property documents sent to him checked very carefully, which we could see from his questions. He gave us a good overview of the condition of the condominium and told us whether the estimated price was appropriate. Furthermore, he gave us valuable tips for the purchase. All in all, we were very satisfied with the work of Mr. Vural and can conscientiously recommend him.

Mr. Vural accompanied us as a purchase advisor in the context of a last inspection before the notary appointment.

Mr. Vural is in his whole appearance very professional and above all very competent. His appraisal was always factual, objective and above all transparent.
One evening before the viewing appointment, I provided him with the documents of the object and yet he was TOP prepared and knew all the details ( must have been a long night for him).

Through his very dedicated approach, he was able to save us - just before the notary appointment mind you - from a not inconsiderable damage. Without him we would have acquired the house with a not insignificant lack.
Our supposed dream would certainly have become a nightmare.

Communication to prepare the appointment via phone or e-mail uncomplicated and friendly. The on-site appointment was very professional and open. All questions could be asked and were answered competently. The approach to the real estate appraisal was explained and was therefore transparent. The promised date for the short appraisal was kept. In short, a very good service from MV Immobilien.
