It was a brilliant experience with MW expat. Right from filling up my details online, receiving a prompt call to book an appointment for detailed discussions of my needs to finally having a zoom call to talk to an advisor face to face was quick efficient, and re-assuring. I had the privilege to talk to Adriana Gonzalez, who was nothing short of brilliant. She was extremely composed, utterly professional, and very helpful. Though we just discussed possibilities with my current health insurance, Adrian listened patiently and understood my concern. She helped me with all possible options that would benefit me. She was clear and articulate. Her care for her clients and her profession is incredibly visible. When it comes to taking out health insurance, most people opt for the easiest route: a quick Google search and then practically a random pick, although it sounds fast and fun you might always end up at a lose edge with multiple questions circling around you. I was at this point. it was such a coincidence I logged in to MW expat solutions, to see the wonderful ratings the company has received. Within hours of my submission, I received a call followed up by an online meeting. the service was remarkable. Ms. Anja, who assisted me throughout the process, was warm and willing to guide me in every step. submitting an application for insurance in Germany couldn't have been better. I would give 12 stars out of 10 for the excellent service.

Dijana was just wonderful. She helped located options, explained them carefully, and kept in regular contact. She was very supportive when I was at first denied coverage because of my immigration status, and she helped bring my case to a successful resolution so that I was very pleased in the end. Along the way she took lots of time to explain the ins and outs of the system to me, often going above and beyond what I'd expect of an insurance broker in sharing her knowledge of how to navigate first steps into life as an expat here. Really 5-start.
