I came here by chance. But already during the conversations with the representatives there is an amazing atmosphere. And the mother praises the caregiver so much that it is shocking! Bravo! Great job, you are really well organized. It's nice to work with you and I know that I can always count on a call to support and not be left alone with my problem.

The office is very helpful and responds to questions in a very short time and helps immediately when caregivers need to be replaced. Unfortunately, to start with My Care Friend, we had two caregivers that did not work and had to be replaced quickly. The third attempt worked. Therefore, only 3 out of 5 stars for quality. So if another caregiver with comparable quality to the current one is sent to us, we will continue with My Care Friend. I will then continue to share my experience here.

My mother has been cared for by MyCareFriend caregivers for over a year and I have to say it was one of the best decisions ever. My mother is able to live in her familiar surroundings, receives the best care and attention, and feels comfortable despite all her ailments. I can only recommend this type of care and MyCareFriend. Friendly staff, quick responses to emails I appreciate very much. I find it a bit unfortunate that only one caregiver is presented with a profile and you have to say yes or no without the possibility of comparison. At the moment we finally have two very good caregivers.

Good, Better, My Care Friend! After we had already had a mixed experience with another agency, I never thought that a change in our case could turn the tide so much. So far 2 different caregivers have been with my parents, one of them is now there for the 2nd time. Both ladies as well as the customer service work to our complete satisfaction and leave hardly any room for improvement. Clear cost structure, very great caregivers, a top service! Thank you My Care Friends! You have not only significantly improved the quality of life of the "caregivers", also the relatives are significantly relieved, because one can rely on you all. One call to the agency was all it took, and I was guided through the entire process of finding a caregiver for my seriously ill mother without any problems. Since she has a degree of care, various documents were required. Everything was done according to the requirements. The service was very friendly. The caregiver was with us after 3 days - amazing! A trustworthy company and all at a reasonable price.

So far we have used the services of Polish caregivers at your company for a long time. Unfortunately, this time has already come to an end, because our father passed away. One thing is for sure. Registering and finding a caregiver really doesn't take long and costs nothing. And that is really important in this day and age. Everywhere they are trying to rip you off, but here the terms were honestly stated and the right caregiver was with us within a few days. My mother says that she would not want any other caregiver than a Polish one.

The nurse Mrs. Teresa is an invaluable woman. She helps our mother with everything at home. My mother is very complimentary of her cooking skills, and I must mention that she is a soup person!
