At first I was really skeptical about whether a digital solution would work and whether I could trust someone I didn't know, but I have to say that the therapy helped me very well and that the trust was there from the very first minute. The written tasks in the app are kept very general (so that it suits everyone), I think the comprehensibility suffers a little from this. The personal discussions were all the better. Good and important impulses were given that help in the long term. I didn't think I would feel so much better afterwards and can only recommend it to anyone who feels they can no longer cope on their own. But you definitely have to want to work on yourself, otherwise it will be difficult to achieve an improvement in such a short time.

Great team, very nice people. I think the flexibility is great, you can decide for yourself when you want to deal with this topic. Location, time etc.
I would have liked more "homework". For me, the part that was too digressive was about pushing the thoughts further, how do they react to it. I don't know how that is supposed to work.
So this was not my way, but I would definitely recommend this app because maybe it will help someone else.

The start with prescription, health insurance submission and registration was a bit tedious, but it was worth it. The server crashed once, but the service responded immediately. I received a therapeutic call on the very first day, which helped me a lot. Super suitable questions and help to activate my own resources! Also great provision for emergencies. Highly recommended for mild depression!!!

It is really surprising how you can bring about real change with such simple and clearly understandable steps.

The app is very clear, the support really very friendly. The tasks/questions were very interesting. But it is NOT a substitute for professional help. In my opinion, however, the app serves as a transition until you have professional help. :)

I only helped to collect data. Ways out of depression were not discussed at all, only if you register as a self-payer. Wonder what the health insurance is paying 470 € for ?

It triggers the personal strengths that were buried in me by some negative events and let me see nothing positive.
You can start immediately after signing up and you are supported in times of crisis.

The personal conversation did me a lot of good, as it is currently difficult to get a therapy place locally.

One is very responsive to personal thoughts and feelings. The hints and tips are constructive and make you think.

The counselor was very empathetic and it did me good to be understood. It helped me a lot to talk to her.
