When we were worried that it would take too long, we were always told that we didn't have to worry about another offer coming in and at the end of the day we were left empty-handed because that's exactly what happened.
Totally dissatisfied with the end result, we could have saved ourselves the time. As I said, with a bank it would most likely have been quicker and a better end result

The processing times of the banks can vary and are often dependent on various factors. Although we have excellent contacts with the banks' contact persons, processing times can be longer, especially at banks with the best conditions. Understandably, these banks are often in high demand. At the same time, depending on the property, additional property valuations by surveyors may be necessary, and unfortunately neither the bank nor we have any direct influence on their calendars. Nevertheless, we do our best in each individual case to make the processes as quick and smooth as possible.
