Ms. Dietz conveys a wealth of expertise and comes across as very personable. She gives tips, advice, and suggestions on what could be changed spontaneously. At no point did I feel like I was in a sales pitch, which I found very pleasant. I will implement her advice on taking mushrooms and am already looking forward to the results :-)

The product itself is of the highest quality. Unfortunately, it has not had the desired effect on me so far, and I have had problems with my gastrointestinal tract since taking it. This may not cause any problems for people with more sensitive stomachs.

However, the conversation, the consultation, and the way everything went were so pleasant, attentive, helpful, and informative that this time I feel compelled to praise and express my gratitude to Ms. Maach-Kreis. Of course, I cannot yet judge the healing effects of the medicinal mushrooms she recommended, but I am positively excited about them, as Ms. Maach-Kreis's anamnestic consultation, her assessment, classification, and therapy recommendation were coherent, empathetic, and comprehensible. Thank you very much again for this, and I will be very happy to arrange another consultation with Ms. Maach-Kreis.
