We had our bathroom completely renovated by Nabenhauer in November 2023.
We immediately liked Mr. Weiß's plan, so Nabenhauer was awarded the contract.
The renovation was completed on time and with excellent technical results. Many thanks also to the partner companies. We are very pleased with the result and can highly recommend the Nabenhauer company.

From the first contact to the handover of the finished bathroom a super service that has more than exceeded our expectations. The whole team is very friendly works hand in hand and everyone knows what to do. The construction site is left clean and care is taken that as little dust as possible. From the planning for our bathroom to the execution, everything has fit.

During my core renovation, everything was done to our complete satisfaction by the Nabenhauer company and its team, from the house water connection at the multi-branch connection to the finished bathroom. Even my plan changes during the construction phase did not upset the men. It was professionally rescheduled and then also installed according to my ideas.

The fuel cell heating including the underfloor heating was also discussed in advance, planned and installed at the end exactly as it was discussed.

Even in the pandemic phase the offered prices were kept and the deadlines could be met.

If all craftsmen would work so reliably and cleanly, one would be happy as a builder.

In 2020, Nabenhauer rebuilt my entire boiler room and installed a pellet heating system.
Everything very professionally and to my utmost satisfaction.
After 2 years, slight leaks occurred at one point, which were recently eliminated by the company, at goodwill warranty level, without cost.
So I imagine a serious , trustworthy company !!!
I would give 100 points.

Summary:
- Competent, easily accessible contact persons in the project preparation and planning phase.
- Good accessibility of project managers or customer service, even in case of short-term difficulties/needs at the construction site
- Friendly installers who also make an effort to communicate well with the builder
- Neat appearance overall and orderliness on the job site
- Neat documentation, e.g. heating circuit assignment
- Up-to-date advice, new techniques are standard
- Friendliness and good communication also between fitters and supervisors internally

The project was a heat pump in connection with a gas turbine.
The planning and implementation took place but the difficult time with supply bottlenecks but still very good.
Mr. Manuel Nabenhauer was directly always very anxious with the supplier to get reasonably reliable information about the delivery. When all the components were there, the installation went quickly. I would also like to praise the workers who always left the site clean and tidy in the evening. That's the way it should be. :-)
