The service at dinner was not very attentive. No wine was poured or asked if we wanted to order dessert or coffee after the meal. You could have made a lot more sales.

Reception staff very unfriendly, welcome on 31.5. short and very impersonal, information on 1.6. in the morning for the Narcissus Festival incredibly unwelcoming and unhelpful.

The heater in the panorama sauna is too wide. The two sauna heaters should be placed one behind the other, then the heater would have more space and the lowest rows of seats could be widened a little so that you could sit one behind the other,

Soap holder in the shower area is missing or broken. The door in the panosauna opens automatically. And particularly problematic: there is no privacy screen in the outdoor nudist area.

Thank you, but the soap dispensers are checked regularly and I would be happy to arrange for them to be checked again. Our sauna area is surrounded by woods and meadows, so our sauna world includes a natural privacy screen. There are no direct neighbors next to us, so no complete privacy screen is necessary and sauna visitors can enjoy nature and feel free.

It's a shame that the evening menu has been changed. The new aroma fragrances in the sauna smell very chemical, please change them again. There is a lot of coughing. Martin does the infusions really well. With a lot of humor.

Completely unacceptable price-performance ratio; impractical timetable for so-called water attractions instead of individual selectability; tobacco addicts with their vapors in the steam bath an olfactory imposition! I would advise anyone against wasting their money here surrounded by obese bodies!
