I was on the scales today and I'm still beside myself. How great is that, I weigh 1.4 kg less since last week. I immediately started crying. I've been eating normally and healthily 🥰🫶🏻🙏🏻. That's amazing. From the feeling, I definitely didn't think so. The scales show something else. I can let go, not overthink things and live.
