We have traveled two weeks as a self-driver through Namibia.
The support by Janine was already excellent and comprehensive in advance.
Also the handover and briefing on the vehicle on site was great.
All tips and information were excellent, so that we found our way around at any time.
Feedback during our trip was also quick and uncomplicated via WhatsApp.

In August 2023, through "Natürlich Reisen" the great dream of an encounter with a magnificent silverback in the wild came true! We traveled as a family and were very satisfied with the organization, the course of our desired round trip, the wonderful lodges in the beautiful nature of Uganda. Many thanks to our dear driver and companion Bob, whom we already miss at home: He was an excellent driver, which is not easy on impassable "roads", our experiences were made perfect by his constant efforts. We definitely recommend "Natürlich Reisen"to others! Special thanks to Mr. Florian Hennig, who somehow still made it possible to get our visa!!! What we would not have missed everything!

The customer service was just very satisfactory from the beginning. Every question was answered promptly and the documentation was very nice, complete and informative. When the flight was delayed we were accompanied and advised and informed the hotel at the arrival point. Every reservation on the whole trip has fit, there were no surprises, if then only positive :)

The trip planning with Natürlich Reisen went smoothly and very solution-oriented, although we have always requested many changes - thank you Janine.
The trip will always remain unforgettable for us. Due to the short-term advance postponement of our flight, Natürlich Reisen has helped us super and reserved a hotel at short notice. Only the hotel was then not quite so "holiday-finale-worthy" for the last evening, but we were glad to still catch the flight and have a bed to sleep. All the other accommodations were great, varied as we would have liked (from very basic to luxurious). We especially liked Twyfelfontaine Lodge and Ongava Lodge. The safaris there were a dream. Natürlich Reisen responded to our wishes in an ideal way - thank you.

A very great trip with an incredible variety of sights and experiences. Animals, country, culture, beach, as well as the people themselves give a good insight into the life and culture of this country.
However, a better and shorter flight connection would be angenehemer.
An absolutely recommendable trip if you love sustainable, special, small hotels and are somewhat experienced in traveling.

While searching for online offers for Kenya, I quickly came across the site of Natürlich Reisen. The various proposed trips were very attractive and appealing to my imagination. After I made an offer request by mail, I was soon contacted by phone by Natürlich Reisen. The offer I was interested in was tailored to my personal travel times and all questions were answered quickly and always very friendly through regular contact by mail or phone. I felt well advised all around.
The trip was then also to our complete satisfaction. We had very nice accommodations and a very nice guide ( Kim ) on our safari. Also during the trip we were contacted several times by phone by the local guide who wanted to inquire about our satisfaction.
This Kenya trip will remain unforgettable for us and I can only recommend Natürlich Reisen. Thanks again for everything !!!
