NDC - Nicolas Doster Coaching

I got to know Nicolas through his SHG group, the chemistry was right and I decided to get coaching from him. And that was one of the best decisions I've made in recent years.
I've been suffering from depression for years and have undergone many therapies. But it was different with Nicolas. He is incredibly empathetic, he understands you.
As part of the therapy, I was able to think intensively about my childhood again, which helped me understand much better why I behave the way I do. Today I can recognize many protective strategies and feel that I no longer need them. Live much more freely as a result. Question my actions and understand why I often felt so bad. I feel better again and I can deal with bad days better and treat myself to what I need.
The meetings were always on the same day and on time. You never felt under time pressure.
Nicolas knows what he's talking about, you can feel that he understands you and has experienced a lot himself. But he has also worked intensively on it, trained further and is always on the lookout for new opportunities.

I had the pleasure of participating in a three-month coaching program with Nicolas, which aimed to promote my self-development and focus on my personal desires and goals. We worked intensively on identifying and overcoming beliefs and overcoming fears.

The coaching with Nicolas was one of my best experiences. I have had compulsions and anxiety for 25 years. The coaching with Nicolas was a complete life enrichment and change for me. His concept coupled with his personality makes the coaching very unique. I have not found this before in the German-speaking world.
