There is a small reduction in satisfaction due to the structure of the sports offer pages, which was not quite in line with the order: compared to the briefing before the start and the feedback in the presentation: our wish to speak consistently not of departments but of sports had to be reworked by me in many places after going online.
In retrospect, a check-up module in the service catalog is desirable - in other words, the agency should build quality assurance into the offer after going online.
But perhaps the following personal experiences are also due to our emergency situation, as we brought forward the going online with one week's notice in consultation with the agency due to problems with the previous host:
Existing empty fields should be deactivated in the image masks by the agency before delivery - we had some blue images with us when going online, as the empty images were set to "show".
Furthermore, it would also be desirable to ensure that external club names are removed during the copy & paste preparation of the forms on the website (we had this in 2 forms) or to switch to placeholders that can be maintained by the club once in a central location.
