I am an estate attorney in California. A recent case required negotiations with three relatives in Switzerland--two speakers of German, one speaker of French. Like many Americans, my language skills are lacking, so I happily contacted Andreas. Andreas knew just the right questions to ask to quickly grasp the legal and factual issues at play. I think it matters that Andreas spent significant time in the USA in his youth, as he understands American jargon and cultural ques. He also understands American institutions, politics, and legal structures. I guess his high school government classes in the USA paid off. Anyway, the DEAL CLOSED! with little hassle. I am sure Andreas employed his significant charm along the way as well to smooth things through. I highly recommend Andreas as your liason to American/European legal transactions.

We opened an NL in Bavaria for an American freight forwarder/logistics company and complex details/documents had to be prepared and clarified in advance in the USA as well as in DE. My business partners from the USA and I placed this trustfully in the hands of the law firm and we were relieved of a lot of work. With the next opening of a new NL whether now in DE or USA we will come back again very gladly to the law office!
